  • Safety Specialist

    10-20 years of experience. $90K to $120K annual.

  • Carpentry Specialist

    5-10 years of experience. $30 to $50 an hour.

  • Masonry Specialist

    5-10 years of experience. $30 to $50 an hour.

  • Roofing Specialist

    5-10 years of experience. $30 to $50 an hour.

  • Waterproofing Specialist

    5-10 years of experience. $30 to $50 an hour.

  • Project Estimator

    3-5 years experience. $25 to $40 an hour.

Core Requirements

  • Verification that ethics, empathy, safety, organization, presentation, and happiness are all important to you.

  • Experience in, or a desire to learn: masonry, carpentry, roofing, waterproofing, fabrication, site safety, site management, scaffolding, and other skills related to large-scale building restoration.

  • A willingness to enthusiastically respond to direction pertaining to site safety, client expectations, and unexpected schedule changes.

  • Must be at least 18 years old, legally authorized to work in the US, have reliable transportation, be able to pass a background check, and be willing to travel to job sites as needed.

  • Must be able to confidently climb stairs, scaffolding, and ladders; lift and carry materials weighing 50 pounds or more; and confidently work at heights that may exceed 50 feet.

  • To drive a BRS vehicle, you will need a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and a DOT card. To operate power tools, reach trucks, forklifts, boom lifts, scissor lifts, or swing staging, BRS requires you to be trained and certified.

  • To advance at BRS, you will need to be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

  • [additional] experience with slate, copper, shingles, sheetmetal, sealants, coatings, caulking, roofing membranes, expansion joints, deck coatings, brick, block, stone, mortar, flashing, and/or EIFS.
